How to draw Grizzly Bear
How to draw Grizzly Bear
step-1
GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps.
1) Draw a rectangle that will define the conditional proportions and boundaries of the chosen drawing. 2) From the middle of the rectangle, draw one vertical and one horizontal line equally dividing the shape. 3) Draw another horizontal line equally dividing the upper half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a horizontal line equally dividing the bottom half of the rectangle. 4) Draw a vertical line equally dividing the left half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a vertical line equally dividing the right half of the rectangle.
step-2
STEP 1. Mark off the width and height of the picture. Draw two ovals, which will become the head and body. Draw lines, which will act as the center of the head and a shape of the snout.
step-3
STEP 2. Draw a circle between the two ovals. With smooth lines, add the shape of a neck and a back.
step-4
STEP 3. Define the places for the eyes and facial features. Draw guidelines for the legs.
step-5
STEP 4. Outline the shapes of the bear’s snout and legs.
step-6
STEP 5. Add toes, the jaw and ears.
step-7
STEP 6. Delineate the soles, nose and eyes of the grizzly bear.
step-8
STEP 7. Work on the whole figure, paying attention to details (pupils, nostrils, etc.).
step-9
STEP 8. Contour the grizzly bear, trying to vary the thickness and blackness of the line. Draw more details and the ground. Erase all guidelines.
