How to draw a shark portrait

GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps.
Draw a square which will act as the frame of the shark portrait.

STEP 1. Outline the general shape of the body of the shark and the water surface.

STEP 2. Detail the upper body. Sketch fins. Erase redundant lines.

STEP 3. Add more details to the body. Add the eye.

STEP 4. Add the mouth. Detail the eye.

STEP 5. Add the teeth. Erase redundant lines.

STEP 6. Color the shark.
