GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps. Mark off the width and height of the picture.
STEP 1. Mark the main proportions of the head, body, legs, arms, and tail of the kangaroo.
STEP 2. Draw an oval for the head; add two intersecting ovals for the body.
STEP 3. Delineate the head, neck, and body. Outline the legs, feet, arms and hands. Add ears, an eye and the tail.
STEP 4. Work on the kangaroo, paying attention to details.
