How to Draw Link from The Legend of Zelda

Then draw a horizontal line across the middle of the bottom half of the rectangle. 4) Draw a vertical line across the middle of the left half of the rectangle. Then draw a vertical line across the middle of the right half of the rectangle.

PASSO 1. Mark the width and height of the picture, and the main proportions of Link’s body. Draw his head and a center line down the face. Draw a circle where the bird’s head will be, and add a guideline for its beak.
PASSO 2. Lightly outline the bodies and necks of both Link and the bird.
PASSO 3. Draw guidelines to show where Link’s arms and sword will go, and to mark the proportions of his face. Draw a line to show the middle of the bird’s beak.
PASSO 4. Outline the shapes of Link’s arms, legs, and sword. Add the shapes of his eyes and ears. Draw the bird’s eye and beak.
PASSO 5. Outline Link’s shield, sword hilt, tunic, boots, belt, eye pupils, and the general shape of his hair. Add details to the bird’s eye and head.
PASSO 6. Draw Link’s hair locks, belt buckle, and fingers. Refine the shapes of the sword, shield, and the bird’s crest. Add an eyelid to the bird.
PASSO 7. Add more details to Link’s hair and clothes. Sketch in the bird’s wing. Work over the whole figure, carefully adding small details.
PASSO 8. Go over the final contour lines, changing the thickness and darkness of the line to make the drawing more interesting. Draw the small details and add the ground. Erase all the extra guidelines.
