GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps. Mark off the width and height of the horse.
STEP 1. Draw a circle for the head, add an intersecting oval with a bigger circle for the body of the horse. Delineate with light lines its muzzle, neck and back.
STEP 2. Outline the head, neck and body. Add legs, ears and a tail.
STEP 3. Work on the horse, paying attention to details.
